Two Extremities and the Right Middle Way 

Enjoying kama sensual pleasures must be abandoned and avoided.
Refraining from eating, self-motification must also be avoided.
The middle way the right path must be practised certainly.
Kamasukhallika nuyoga is lobha extremity.
Dying with greed, shall they reach to peta realm.
Attakilamatha nuyoga is the dosa extremity.
Dying with dosa, shall they reach to the realm of niraya.
Alobha is the true cause of avoiding the kama sensual pleasures.
Adosa is the true cause of refraining from attakilamatha.
Amoha is the true cause of practising the middle way.
Avoiding the two wrong extremes, the right one is the middle way.
On treading the right way, penetrative wisdom develops, then nibbana is attained.
